Prayer for a New Job
Looking for work can be discouraging and uncertain. This is a prayer for the job search, asking God to open the right door at the right time.
Lord, I come to You in this season of searching for work. I ask You to open the right door and to provide the job that is right for me and my family. Give me favor with those who are hiring, and the wisdom to know which opportunities to pursue. Provide for my needs in the waiting, and guard me from discouragement when doors close. Help me to trust that You are directing my steps and that You have not forgotten me. Establish the work of my hands, and lead me to where You would have me be. Amen.
