Prayer for the Holy Spirit
This is a prayer to invite the Holy Spirit to fill you, to guide, comfort, and empower you in your daily walk with God.
Father, I ask You to fill me with Your Holy Spirit. Come and make Your home in me. Guide my steps and my decisions, comfort me in my sorrow, and give me power beyond my own. Where I am weak, be my strength; where I am confused, be my wisdom; where I am empty, fill me afresh. Grow in me the fruit of Your Spirit, love, joy, peace, patience, and kindness. Make me sensitive to Your voice and quick to follow. Have Your way in me today. Amen.
