Prayer for Hope
When discouragement settles in and the way forward feels dim, this is a prayer to ask God to renew your hope and lift your eyes again.
God of hope, my spirit is weary and I have started to lose heart. I ask You to lift my eyes above what I can see, and to fill me again with hope. Remind me that You are not finished, that Your mercies are new each morning, and that You work all things for good. Where I have grown discouraged, breathe fresh courage into me. Help me to hold on, to trust Your timing, and to believe that better days are held safely in Your hands. Fill me with joy and peace as I trust in You. Amen.
