Prayer for Reconciliation
When a relationship is broken and you long for it to be mended, this is a prayer for softened hearts and restored peace.
Lord, a relationship that matters to me is broken, and I bring it to You. Soften both our hearts. Where there is pride, give humility; where there is hurt, bring healing; where there are harsh words, help us to forgive. Give me the courage to take the first step, and the grace to seek peace rather than to be right. Restore what has been damaged, and rebuild the trust that has been lost. Make me a peacemaker, and bring reconciliation in Your time. Amen.
