This is a prayer to commit your efforts to God, asking Him to bless your work and grant success that honors Him.
Lord, I bring my hopes and efforts before You and ask for Your blessing. Grant me success in what I set my hand to, and let it be success that honors You. Give me diligence to work hard, wisdom to work well, and integrity in all I do. Open the doors that should open, and close the ones that should not. Keep me humble in achievement and steady in setback. I commit my work and my plans to You, trusting that You will establish my steps. May the work of my hands bear good fruit. Amen.
