A prayer of thanks for the Thanksgiving table and any moment of gathered gratitude, giving God praise for His blessings.
Gracious God, on this day of thanksgiving we come with grateful hearts. Thank You for Your countless blessings, for family and friends gathered here, for food on the table, and for the love that fills this home. Thank You for carrying us through another year, for provision in our need and comfort in our sorrow. We remember those who cannot be with us, and those who have less than we do. Make us truly thankful, and generous with what we have received. We enter Your presence with thanksgiving and praise Your holy name. Amen.
