Prayer of Gratitude
Gratitude changes the heart. This is a prayer to pause and give thanks to God for His goodness, seen and unseen.
Gracious God, I stop to say thank You. Thank You for the gift of this life, for the people who love me, and for the countless blessings I too easily overlook. Thank You for Your faithfulness in every season, for carrying me through what I could not carry alone. Open my eyes to Your goodness in the ordinary moments, and give me a grateful heart that does not wait for more before it gives thanks. All that I have comes from You. Let my life be an offering of gratitude back to You. Amen.
