Prayer for a Friend
Good friends are a gift, and we long to help them when they hurt. This is a prayer to lift up a friend into God's care.
Lord, I bring my friend before You, for they are going through a hard time and I want to help. Comfort them where they are weary, and strengthen them where they feel weak. Give them peace in the middle of their worry, and hope when the road feels long. Thank You for the gift of their friendship in my life. Show me how to support them well, with the right words and a listening heart. Wrap them in Your love today, and remind them that they are not walking through this alone. Amen.
