Prayer for Good Health
Health is a gift we notice most when it falters. This is a prayer to thank God for it and to ask Him to guard and renew your body.
Loving God, thank You for the gift of health and for the body You have given me. I ask You to keep me well and strong. Renew my energy, guard me from sickness, and give me the wisdom to care for the body You entrust to me. Where there is weakness, bring strength; where there is weariness, bring rest. Help me not to take good health for granted, but to use it in service of others and of You. I place my body and my well-being into Your hands. Amen.
