Prayer for Safe Travels
Before a journey, this is a prayer asking God for protection on the road and a safe arrival, for you and those traveling with you.
Lord, as I set out on this journey, I ask for Your protection over every mile. Watch over me and all who travel with me. Keep us safe on the roads, in the air, and everywhere our way leads. Give clear judgment to those at the wheel, and calm to any anxious hearts. Guard us from harm and delay, and bring us safely to our destination and home again. Thank You that You go before us and behind us, and that Your angels keep watch over our ways. Travel with us, and bring us home in peace. Amen.
